Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production.

Shipping Time

After processing, most orders ship within:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

These are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, etc.).

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter for updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Wrong or Undeliverable Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.
